About Our Manufacturing Process
ISO9001 acquisition
In January 2006 we acquired the international standard of quality control (ISO9001). We aim to maintain and improve quality in product sampling and storage. Dailove will continue to improve our gloves which are able to cope safely with varied environments including factories, research institutes and polar regions.
Appearance inspections
We conduct a visual inspection of all products to provide safe goods. For visual examinations, we have established a uniquely strict standard concerning adulteration with foreign substances and deformities, and strive to maintain uniformity of quality.
Pinhole inspections
For thin gloves and acid- and alkali-resistant gloves, we conduct a complete inspection for the existence of pinholes (tiny holes).
Needle inspections
Because we import sewing materials from abroad, we confirm there are no dangerous goods, such as sewing needles, through spot check inspections.
